On April 10, 2019 Megan A. Krueger spoke for the National Business Institute on “Mini Law School for HR Professionals” covering topics including hiring issues, wage issues, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Title VII and Sexual Harassment in the Workplace, and issues concerning the National Labor Relations Board and the National Labor Relations Act.
