Attorneys Jonathan P. McCoy and Garrett J. Keegan Obtained a “Not Guilty” Verdict
On February 8, 2024, Attorneys Jonathan P. McCoy and Garrett J. Keegan obtained a “Not Guilty” verdict on all counts in The State of South Dakota v. Alexander. The case was brought in the Seventh Circuit Court of Pennington County and the jury returned a unanimous verdict for the defense after less than an hour of deliberation. Congratulations to Attorneys McCoy and Keegan.
