Biography
Ken was born on September 1, 1940, in Breda, Iowa. He received his bachelor degree in business administration and his law degree from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota. Upon graduation from law school in 1964, he served for one year as law clerk to federal district court judges George Michelson and Axel Beck. In 1965, he joined the firm and was managing partner for several years.
Ken is past president of the Pennington County Bar Association and a past member of the South Dakota Code Commission and the State Bar Commissioners.
Ken regularly represents clients in business, corporate, contract, real estate and estate planning matters.
